Satisfy your Halloween sweet tooth with these healthy alternatives

For those of you with a major sweet tooth, try candy made of sesame and honey. This snack contains a good amount of protein and will no doubt be a hit. Give the kids in your neighborhood granola bars or more specifically, bars that contain figs. Figs are a nutritional powerhouse and full of fiber.
   
Trick-or-Treaters won’t complain about this  potato chip substitue. Try the FruitIO line of dried fruits. They have a lot of variety and contain no preservatives. Skip the milk chocolate and opt for dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has a high dosage of flavonoid, which helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
