At around 9 p.m., two police cars, one firetruck and an ambulance showed up in front of the Mills Art Museum next to Warren Olney in response to a disturbance call.

When questioned on-site, an OPD officer said the situation was stable and that it was “just a drunk guy.”

The “drunk guy” can be seen lying on the stretcher inside the ambulance.
