If you’ve never set foot in a gym before, utilize the common free training that comes with a new membership and soak up the trainer’s knowledge! Start with 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day, 3 times per week on a treadmill or elliptical to get your blood pumping and your body used to the movement. Exercising with gradual increase and moderation is the key to success!
