Cyclone of the Week honors go to Junior runner Serena Tsang. Tsang led her teammates at this past weekend’s cross country race, finishing first out of the 11 Mills runners. Mills raced in the Sonoma State Invitational against several D-II and NAIA opponents. In a field of strong runners, and on a hilly course, Tsang finished in the middle of the pack, with a 6k time of 27:13.63. Her time on Saturday was a full one minute and 42 seconds faster than her 6k personal best at last year’s Bronco Invitational.

For her performance last weekend, Tsang was also named Great South Athletic Conference Runner of the Week. Congratulations, Serena!
