Sarah Pollock has a way with words. After a full career as a reporter, writer, and senior editor for various publications, Pollock came to Mills College in 1987 to teach journalism and creative writing. During this time, Pollock has served as an inspiration to generations of aspiring writers and continues to motivate each member of The Campanil staff  every day.

She is currently the director of Mills’ undergraduate journalism program and The Campanil’s amazing advisor. Here’s to another 27 years!
